Sales Policy

  Terms and Conditions - The Terms and Conditions presented here apply to all purchases and sales of items offered by Hilltronix, by your purchase you have accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale.  Hilltronix disclaims any other Terms and Conditions contained in any customer purchase order, order form or otherwise unless expressly agreed by Hilltronix, in writing.  Hilltronix sales policy may be modified with out prior written notice.  Any modifications made to this policy are made affective immediately.

  Hilltronix No Hassle Guarantee - The suppliers and manufacturers represented by Hilltronix are the very best in the business.  All products are top of the line.  If you receive a product that does not perform as advertised on our website, please call us. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund upon inspection providing it is returned within 30 days of shipment and in its original packaging.  Shipping Charges are non-refundable.  This includes hazmat fees included in the purchase price.

  Pricing and Surcharges - Prices on this website are effective upon publication and are subject to change without notice.  Call Hilltronix for current pricing and/or quantity breaks.  All prices are quoted in US dollars. We reserve the right to pass on any surcharges or impose purchase restrictions or limits at any time.

  All orders are subject to applicable shipping, freight, taxes and processing charges.  Sometimes carriers impose surcharges which vary by carrier and may change at the carrier's discretion. Hilltronix will pass on the surcharge.

  Terms and Billing - Hilltronix accepts Visa, M/C, Discover and American Express.  No C.O.D. Delivery
    Minimum Order:  No
minimum order.  Orders under $25.00 will be assessed a $5.00 handling fee.

  Shipping - Most orders are shipped by UPS with in 2 business days

  Damaged or Lost Shipments - Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be reported to Hilltronix within 3 business days.

  Warranties - Hilltronix makes no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability, or non-infringement.  Including instances where changes, modification, or alterations have been made by the purchaser.  Hilltronix sole obligation is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective merchandise or, at the discretion of Hilltronix to refund the purchase price. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether written or oral, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Hilltronix be held liable for any incidental, special, indirect, punitive, lost profits or consequential damages of any nature. A full refund will be given, subject to our inspection, for any defective item returned to us and received by us within 30 days of the date of shipment in its original packaging.

  Responsibility -   The value of the defective product or material is our only liability. All technical data has been supplied by the manufacturer and is listed only as a convenience. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law, including but not limited to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

  Compliance with Laws - Some localities may have Codes, Regulations and Laws governing sales, installation, use or construction of items for certain purposes which may vary from place to place.  Hilltronix does not guarantee compliance and assumes no responsibility for how the items are used or installed. The customer has the sole responsibility for checking compliance with all applicable Codes, Regulations and Laws.  This includes but is not limited to CSA, FAA, DOT, NEC, UL, NOM, IATA, IMDG, CE, DIN, and ANSI, concerning the use or installation of items.

  Website Errors - All information on this website has been carefully checked and is believed to be accurate.  However errors do occur.  We, apologizes for any errors that may occur, but reserves the right to make corrections.

  Returns - Except as otherwise provided, no material will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of shipment. To return merchandise, you must call Hilltronix for a Return Authorization.  No returns will be accepted without approval from Hilltronix. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.  Shipping charges for returned items must be prepaid. Items may not be returned if altered by customer. Hilltronix may apply a restocking fee.

  Customized or Cut-to-length products, are considered final sale, and may not be returned for credit or refund.

  Chemicals, coatings, paints, lubricants, and adhesives are non-returnable when opened by customer.

  Shipping Charges are non-refundable.  This includes hazmat fees included in the purchase price.
